How is my bike delivered?
Free across Europe, assembled and tuned, in 5 to 8 working days. The driver calls 30 minutes before arriving and takes the packaging away.
How far does an e-bike go on one charge?
Arc and Arc Low go up to 80 km, Haul up to 70 km and Fold up to 50 km. Cold weather, hills and the highest assist level shorten that.
What maintenance does it need?
Very little. The belt needs no oil and the hub gears are sealed. The first service is free after three months, then once a year at a partner workshop.
What can I do about theft?
Every bike has a registered frame number. Add the frame lock and most home insurance covers it; we send the papers your insurer asks for.
Which size do I need?
Pick by your height: S for 155 to 170 cm, M for 168 to 183 cm, L for 181 to 196 cm. Between two sizes, take the smaller one.
