Size guide
Every bike comes in three frame sizes. Pick by your height.
S
For riders 155 to 170 cm.
M
For riders 168 to 183 cm.
L
For riders 181 to 196 cm.
Between two sizes?
Take the smaller one. The saddle and stem adjust further up than down. A free test ride settles it.
Warranty
Registered to the frame number, so it moves with the bike if you sell it.
What does it cover?
Five years on the frame and fork, two years on parts, motor and battery.
What does it not cover?
Wear parts such as tyres, brake pads and the belt, and damage from a crash or a fall.
How do I claim?
Write to us with the frame number and a photo. We book a partner workshop or collect the bike.
Service
Belt drive and sealed hub gears keep upkeep low.
When is the first service?
After three months, and it is free. We email you when it is due.
After that?
Once a year, at a partner workshop, or at home in the 14 test ride cities.
Can I do it myself?
Yes. Tyre pressure and brake pads are all most riders touch. The manual shows both.
