Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return a bike, and we collect it. Email us with your order number and we book a pickup.

The bike should come back in the condition it arrived, apart from normal test riding. We refund the full price, delivery included, within five working days of the pickup.

Accessories can be returned unused within the same 30 days.
